Item arrived with a rattle. Contacted company repeatedly, to replacement & heard nothing. They only provide an email address, that bounces or online form that gives no confirmation that it has been received it. Then researched company, they have no address listed or other contact details & unsurprisingly poor feedback. Resolved to open up the pump (plastic battery bracket broken) & repair myself (this was over £100 item!). They then sent an email over a week later …I explained the above and have heard nothing back! Avoid. Zero customer service, no means of refund or replacement.
